At Soloré Creations, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

How long do I have to return something?
You have
14 days from delivery to start a return on any eligible Soloré Creations piece. Email us at
[email protected] within that window to begin the process.
Can I return a custom or personalised piece?
Made-to-order pieces with a custom palette pick or other personalisation are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty — each piece is printed specifically for that order, so we can’t resell it. Standard catalogue items (no custom colour pick) follow the regular 14-day return policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you cover the cost of return postage. If the piece arrived damaged, faulty or wasn’t what you ordered, we cover return postage and either replace the piece or refund you in full.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return reaches us we inspect it within a couple of working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Do you exchange items?
We replace pieces that arrive defective or damaged, but we don’t offer like-for-like exchanges — if you’d like a different size or colour, send the original back for a refund and place a fresh order.
Where do Soloré Wears returns go?
Soloré Wears apparel is fulfilled and returned through Fourthwall at solorewears.co.uk, not through us. Use the contact details on that order’s confirmation email; we can’t process apparel returns from the Soloré Creations side.
