Order Processing

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide. Flat-rate tracked shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination country:

All orders are sent via tracked services. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

International Orders — Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your country may charge import duties, VAT, or customs fees on arrival. These charges are not included in our shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility, payable directly to your local customs authority. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount; please check with your local customs office before ordering if you’re unsure.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. Everything ships on a tracked service, and if a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged we’ll put it right — we’ll either replace the affected piece or refund you in full. For damage, email us at [email protected] with photos within 48 hours of delivery; for a parcel that hasn’t arrived, get in touch with your order number and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you posted. None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — if the order hasn’t shipped yet we’ll happily correct it. Once a parcel has been dispatched to the address provided we’re unable to recover it, so any re-delivery would be at additional cost.

Frequently asked questions

How long does UK delivery take?
Orders are processed within 5–7 working days from payment, then ship by tracked Royal Mail. Delivery itself usually takes 3–5 working days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 8–12 working days.
Do you ship to Europe and the rest of the world?
Yes. Europe is £12 flat (5–10 working days), Rest of World is £18 flat (7–21 working days). Both are tracked. International orders are shipped DDU — if your country charges import VAT or customs duty on arrival, those are paid by you to your local carrier.
When does free UK shipping kick in?
Orders over £30 (subtotal, before shipping) ship free to UK addresses. Below that threshold, UK shipping is £4.95 flat. The free-shipping threshold applies to the UK zone only — it doesn’t apply to Europe or Rest of World.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a shipment confirmation email with carrier name and tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also revisit the order page on solorecreations.co.uk at any time using the link in your original order confirmation email.
What happens if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?
Tracked services include carrier-side investigation if the parcel goes missing. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll work with the carrier; for damaged arrivals, send photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can replace or refund the affected piece.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — email us at [email protected] right away and we’ll update it. Once a tracking number has been generated the parcel is in the carrier’s hands and we can’t redirect it.
