Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays depending on courier policies.
- During high-volume periods, processing times may be delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide. Flat-rate tracked shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination country:

All orders are sent via tracked services. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.
International Orders — Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your country may charge import duties, VAT, or customs fees on arrival. These charges are not included in our shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility, payable directly to your local customs authority. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount; please check with your local customs office before ordering if you’re unsure.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Soloré Creations is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
