<p>A 3D printable recreation of the Alan Turing blue plaque at 2 Warrington Crescent, Maida Vale, London.</p><p>Alan Turing (1912–1954) was a mathematician, code-breaker and one of the founding figures of computer science.During the Second World War his work at Bletchley Park helped break German encrypted communications, while his earlier work on the universal Turing machine helped establish the theoretical foundations of modern computing. <br><br>This printable version recreates the main lettering and circular design while adapting the original plaque into a practical wall-mounted 3D print. Part of my 200mm Blue Plaque Collection, recreating plaques celebrating remarkable people and places from history.</p>
