<p>Hello,</p><p>below you find a very simple model but it fixed the wheels of my underbed drawers and prevents me from buying new ones. So win for me. Maybe also useful for someone else with the Ikea Malm underbed drawers.</p><p><strong>Howto replace: </strong>Carefully drill out the metal spline on the "indented" side. Check that also your axis has 6 mm diameter. Print the wheel. Add a 6 mm bolt with a locking nut to replace the spline. Mount the wheel with them and have a useable drawer again.</p><p><strong>Parameters:</strong></p><ul><li><p>0.2mm layer</p></li><li><p>4 perimeters</p></li><li><p>25% infill</p></li><li><p>printed in PETG (PLA might work but I'd use more perimeters)</p></li><li><p>no support nor brim needed</p></li></ul><p><strong>Wheel parameters:</strong></p><ul><li><p>diameter 40 mm</p></li><li><p>hole 6 mm</p></li><li><p>width 16 mm</p></li></ul><p></p>
