About this model
<p>If you’ve used small 19W 12V water pumps (commonly found on AliExpress), you likely know they are reliable until the outlet snaps off—a common failure point for these models. This adapter is designed specifically to fix that issue by providing a reinforced connection between the pump and your hose.</p><p>The model features a dual-fit design, fitting both inside and outside the original outlet to ensure a high-friction, secure grip. For the best results on the pump side, I recommend using superglue to bond the printed part to the plastic housing for maximum durability.</p><p>On the hose side, the adapter is designed for hoses with an internal diameter (ID) of approximately 12.4mm and an outer diameter (OD) of roughly 16mm (standard 1/2" sizing). While glue isn't necessary for the hose connection, I recommend using a heat gun and zip ties or metal hose clamps if printing in ASA. If you prefer printing in TPU, standard zip ties are sufficient to secure the hose.</p>
