About this model
<p>A freestanding Buffalo logo sign for a shelf, desk, or display cabinet. The multipart version separates the recessed sign, raised logo inserts, and base so each can be printed in a different color. A single-piece STL is included for straightforward one-color printing.</p> <h4>Dimensions</h4> <ul> <li>Assembled size: approximately 205 × 42 × 95 mm</li> <li>Sign panel: 200 × 87 × 3 mm</li> <li>Base: 205 × 42 × 8 mm</li> <li>Raised logo: 1.2 mm above the sign face</li> <li>Sign-to-base clearance: 0.20 mm per side</li> </ul> <h4>Files and assembly</h4> <p>For a multicolor result, print <code>buffalo_logo_stand_sign.stl</code>, <code>buffalo_logo_stand_logo.stl</code>, and <code>buffalo_logo_stand_base.stl</code>. Press the individual logo pieces into the matching recessed areas, then insert the sign tab into the base. A small amount of glue can be used if your printer's tolerances make either fit loose.</p> <p>Alternatively, print <code>buffalo_logo_stand_one_piece.stl</code> for the complete stand as one model.</p> <h4>Printing</h4> <ul> <li>The separate sign, logo inserts, and base are oriented flat and designed to print without supports.</li> <li>The one-piece version is oriented upright on its base; check the small raised logo details in your slicer for your chosen profile.</li> <li>Designed around a 0.4 mm nozzle.</li> <li>A 0.20 mm layer height is a practical starting point.</li> <li>If fit is critical, use the included source to export the intentionally …
