Main Adapter Body</h5><ul><li><p><strong>Recommended Printer Type:</strong> <strong>Resin 3D Printer (SLA/DLP)</strong> is highly recommended for the main body to achieve smooth threads, airtight accuracy, and a precise fit into the SUP valve.</p></li><li><p><strong>FDM Printing:</strong> Can also be printed with FDM using <strong>PETG or ASA</strong> with a fine layer height (e.g., 0.12mm - 0.16mm) and 100% infill for airtightness.</p></li></ul><h5>2. O-Ring / Gasket Seal</h5><ul><li><p><strong>Recommended Material:</strong> <strong>TPU (Flexible Filament)</strong> for FDM printing.</p></li><li><p><strong>Notes:</strong> Printing the gasket with TPU provides the necessary elasticity and airtight seal to prevent air leakage during inflation/deflation.</p></li></ul><h4>Suggested Print Settings</h4><ul><li><p><strong>Supports:</strong> Required for the main body overhangs/lugs (keep support placement minimal around the connection joints).</p></li><li><p><strong>Infill:</strong> 100% for the gasket (TPU) and 50%+ or Solid for the main adapter body to ensure airtight structural strength.</p></li></ul><p></p>
