About this model

A 3D version of the Masters of Hardcore Logo. I took one of their Instagram posts containing a 3D rendering of the Skull from MoH and gave it to Meshy 6 via Makerworld. The file was then cleaned up in Blender, where I also added a key hole to make the skull wall mountable with a nail/screw.

The width of the model is 220 mm so that it will fit on my Neptune 4 Pro. I used 0.16 mm layer height and tree support touching the build plate. I extended the tree base to 10 mm to prevent the model from peeling of the build plate. 3 wall lines should suffice and gyroid infill at 5 % worked fine for me. My settings are not perfectly dialled in, it took some time to remove the tree supports, but all teeth have survived the operation.

I have attached the Blender file as well, if you want to resize the model or key hole separately. I recommend checking the exported model with OrcaSlicer afterwards, as some faces where not manifold, which Orca can easily fix for you. Maybe you also find a way to fix this in Blender.

I am not in any way affiliated with Masters of Hardcore, I am just a fan of the brand. If this model violates your copyright, please write me and I will take it down.
