About this model
<p>A clean, modular clamping system designed to hang traditional Japanese Noren tapestries flat against the wall without sewing rod pockets or damaging the fabric.</p><p>The complete assembly consists of two clamped bars:</p><ol><li><p><strong>Top Hanging Mount:</strong> Clamps the top edge and features dual mounting options (blind wall keyholes or top cord pass-throughs).</p></li><li><p><strong>Bottom Ballast Bar:</strong> Clamps the bottom edge to add downward tension and keep the fabric straight and wrinkle-free.</p></li></ol><p>Each 380 mm bar is split into two interlocking 200 mm halves connected via a screw-locked lap joint, allowing the entire model to print flat on standard 3D printer beds (≤ 200 mm footprint).</p><h3>Key Features</h3><ul><li><p><strong>No Glue Required:</strong> The center lap joint is secured directly by the central clamping screw and nut.</p></li><li><p><strong>Dual Hanging Options:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Two-Screw Wall Mount:</strong> Blind rear keyhole slots (spaced 200 mm apart).</p></li><li><p><strong>Single-Nail Hanging:</strong> Integrated vertical cord pass-through holes with bottom knot recesses for paracord, leather cord, or hanging wire.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Fabric Grip Ridges:</strong> Continuous internal ribs grip the fabric firmly across the entire width without puncturing or tearing it.</p></li><li><p><strong>100% Support-Free:</strong> All overhangs, joint steps, and nut pockets are oriented to print flat on the…
