<h3>Formic Acid Top Evaporator & Dispenser (60% HCOOH)</h3><p>A practical 3D-printed ceiling dispenser designed for controlled, safe short-term application of <strong>60% Formic Acid</strong> (dosage: 2 ml per frame over 48 hours).</p><p>Originally inspired by treatment procedures like Formidol, this tool helps beekeepers manage <em>Varroa destructor</em> efficiently while keeping acid handling clean and contained. Half of the 2.5 mm evaporation holes are pre-covered to adjust for variable frame space and control evaporation rate under standard conditions.</p><h3>How It Works & Usage</h3><ol><li><p><strong>Setup:</strong> Place the absorbent cloth inside the 3D-printed tray, soak with the recommended dosage (2 ml of 60% formic acid per frame), and place the dispenser on top of the frames.</p></li><li><p><strong>Sealing:</strong> Cover the dispenser with your standard ceiling foil / inner cover film to direct vapors downward into the brood chamber and prevent escape.</p></li><li><p><strong>48-Hour Cycle:</strong> Leave for 48 hours. After 48 hours, remove the saturated cloth from the container and lay it freely across the top bars to finish the cycle.</p></li></ol><h3>Recommended 3D Printing Settings</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Material:</strong> <strong>PETG or ASA/ABS</strong> (Mandatory due to chemical resistance against formic acid. <strong>Do NOT use PLA</strong>).</p></li><li><p><strong>Watertight / Leakproof…
