About this model
<p>FrameStation PS5 Edition is my take on giving the Framework motherboard a completely different look. I designed the cover around the style of the PlayStation 5, taking inspiration from its layered shape, clean curves, and futuristic design. The idea was to make something that feels like a small gaming console rather than just a motherboard sitting on a desk, while still keeping the Framework motherboard visible and usable.</p><p>The whole design is made with 3D printing in mind, so the parts can be printed separately and assembled without making the build unnecessarily complicated. I also wanted the design to be easy to customize, especially with different filament colors. A classic white and black combination gives it the PS5 look, but there is plenty of room to experiment and make your own version.</p><p>This is part of the <strong>FrameStation</strong> series, where I am creating different themed covers for the Framework motherboard. For this version, the goal was simple: take the modular Framework hardware and give it the appearance of a compact PlayStation-inspired machine.</p>
