About this model
<p>Peachtree Screen Door (now out of business) Roller parts. These are not exact replicas of the original metal parts. I added some material in a few places where I felt the strength would beneficial.</p><p>The main corner housing that holds the frame together has an internal flat side that holds the pivot pin in place. Put the flat head of the pin on that side. It fits into the recess. When removing the wheel parts, the frame should be laid flat and that side should be up so the pin tends to fall into place. If it isn't fully seated, it snags on the aluminum frame of the door. </p><p>You do not need to disassemble the frame to get these parts in and out. I only realized this after tearing the screen out. You benefit from my ignorance by getting the photo of the original assembly.</p><p>The splined roller axle presses into the metal bearing/bushing. It should fit easily in the plastic part. Don't force and cause layer separation.</p><p>I printed these in ABS, 100% infill.</p>
