About this model
<p>A full mounting frame for a 3 × 4 wall of common P4 64×64 RGB LED panels (256 × 256 mm, the "P4-2121-64X64-32S" type sold on AliExpress). The wall is 768.6 × 1024.9 mm and drives from a Raspberry Pi 4 or 5 with a HUB75 shield, all hidden inside the frame. A small pod on top holds a Pi Camera Module in portrait, tilted 15° down at whoever stands in front of the screen.</p><p>Everything prints on a Prusa CORE One (250 × 220 mm bed) with no supports.</p><p><strong>Features</strong></p><ul><li><p>20 printed nodes screw into the panels' brass corner inserts, and 31 rails join them with dovetails into one rigid lattice.</p></li><li><p>Rails also screw into the panels' mid-edge and bottom-centre inserts through slotted holes, giving 84 M3 screws in total.</p></li><li><p>The frame is 46 mm deep, with room inside for the Pi, shield and wiring.</p></li><li><p>32 mm cable windows in every rail let a 16-pin HUB75 ribbon with its plug pass through.</p></li><li><p>Wall mounting by keyholes, with 6 keyholes on the back and about 8 mm of slide, or optional ear brackets.</p></li><li><p>The Pi platform has three fixing options: self-tapping screws, heat-set inserts, or a bolt and nut.</p></li><li><p>Countersunk seats for flat-head M3 screws, so the back sits flush.</p></li><li><p>Elephant-foot chamfers on every mating bottom edge, so first-layer squish doesn't bind the joints.</p></li><li><p>Every overhang is 45° or less, the only bridges are short (4–14 mm), and nothing needs…
