About this model
<p>I designed this replacement front wheel for the <strong>Roborock Q10 PF</strong> because the original hard plastic front wheel produced a noticeable clicking and vibration noise when driving over tile joints.</p><p>The goal was to keep the original wheel dimensions and mounting geometry while adding a flexible suspension between the hub and the running surface.</p><p>The final design consists of two printed parts:</p><ul><li><p>a rigid <strong>PLA core</strong></p></li><li><p>a flexible <strong>TPU 95A tire with 0.8 mm suspension spokes</strong></p></li></ul><p>The TPU tire uses an open zig-zag / V-shaped structure that can flex slightly when the wheel passes over tile joints or small surface irregularities. A central snap feature locks the TPU tire onto the PLA core without glue.</p><p>In my experience, this worked very well and reduced the perceived wheel noise to roughly 10% of the original level.
