About this model
<p>Hello,</p><p>I really like my old aluminum Aldi garden chairs. They are now about 15 years old and still going strong. Just the plastic feet are worn down. And getting a new garden table I would like to have them 2cm heigher than before.</p><p>So I build some custom feet to be 3D printed. They'll suite to all alu chairs with the following pipe diameters.</p><p><strong>Sizes:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Rear 24mm round</p></li><li><p>Front 45x25 elliptic</p></li><li><p>5,10,20,30mm height (see model name)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Printing:</strong></p><ul><li><p>use tough filament suitable for outdoor. PETG as a minimum</p></li><li><p>have at least 4 outer layers</p></li><li><p>have at least 7 bottom layers (this will wear down)</p></li><li><p>use gyroid infill with 25%</p></li><li><p>you need to print 2 front and 2 rear feet (with the same height)</p></li><li><p>neither support nor brim needed.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Hope someone else has a use for this as well.</p><p></p>
