About this model
<p>This South African-style socket safety cover is designed to fit into standard 3-pin wall sockets, helping to reduce the risk of children inserting fingers or foreign objects into electrical outlets. The compact triangular design sits neatly in the socket and can be easily removed by an adult when required.</p><p>This product should <strong>not be considered a primary child safety device</strong>. It is intended as an additional layer of protection only. Children should always be supervised.</p><p>The cover can be printed in either <strong>PLA</strong> or <strong>PETG</strong>, depending on your preferred material. The rear locating studs are intentionally shorter than those found on many traditional socket blanks, helping to ensure that the pins do not reach or make contact with live electrical components inside the outlet.
