About this model

Snap-On Pipe Collar (Radiator Pipe Rosette)

A neat cover for the ugly hole where a radiator or heating pipe comes out of the wall. It is a two-part design, so you can fit it without taking the pipe apart or sliding anything over the end of it.

How it works

Slide the collar onto the pipe from the side. The slot is much wider than the pipe, so it goes on with no force.

Push the insert into the slot from the outside until it stops. Small snap bumps click into dimples in the collar and hold the insert in place.

That's it. To remove it, just pull the insert out again.

Features

Outer diameter 53 mm, standing 10 mm away from the wall

Default bore 16 mm (adjustable – see below)

Elegant curved profile with a decorative bead and a fine ring on the flange

Hollow shell design: light, uses little filament, and sits flat on uneven walls

Snap bumps are placed in the solid neck area close to the pipe, not at the thin outer edge, so the insert cannot pop open

Prints without supports

Includes ready-to-print STLs and the OpenSCAD source file so you can adapt everything

Customize it…
