About this model
<p>I designed this lid for my mom's tower garden, inspired by other available products and designs. This is not a remix of the below model even though my design is somewhat similar. If you are looking for a model to print with hard plastic like PLA or PETG, check out the one below.</p><p>I approached the design from a different perspective, with the intent of using FLEX filament to create a press-fit lid that would not be easily removed by wind or vibration. I printed them with Overture TPU and it works great!</p><p>The portion of the design that protrudes inside the tower is shaped to minimize water exiting the tower by flowing over the top of the lid.</p><p>Since it is a press fit, they do require some hand pressure to get the seal started, and fully seating it after that is easy.
